The trouble with having a live-and-let-live attitude is it means one must let those who have an everybody-should-be-exactly-like-me belief have that belief; to force a more tolerant outlook on those others would turn one into a hypocrite, but to not require that of these intolerant others could result in the loss of one's option to be tolerant of them.
Maybe Ann Coulter really does sleep very well, without having any paradoxes in her beliefs to keep her up at night.
